Emotions give colour to our every day life. Mostly we experience emotions as a reaction to something that has happened to us. Sometimes emotions just pop up out of no where!
When emotions are related to a happy event, we feel joy and happiness and life is good. When they are related to a sad event, we feel anger, grief, anxious and overwhelmed. When emotions linger around longer than we want them to, we often do not know what to do with them. One sure thing, we do not want to let our emotions take over so that we say or do things we later regret.
