Start by booking a confidential introductory call. This is a gentle first step where you can share what brings you here, ask questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

2. Begin a Series of Sessions (minimum 8)
Grief takes time, and meaningful support cannot happen in just one conversation. For this reason, I work with a minimum commitment of eight sessions to allow enough space for trust, emotional processing, and gentle healing.
This time together gives us the opportunity to understand what you’re carrying and support you in a way that feels safe, steady, and meaningful.
3. Continue, Pause or Close Out
After the initial sessions, you can decide what feels most supportive — continuing, moving to occasional check-ins, or pausing when things feel more settled. You are always in control of the pace and duration.
A gentle reminder: There is no right way to grieve, no timeline to follow, and nothing you need to “achieve” here. This space exists to support you, exactly where you are.
