Start by booking a confidential introductory call. This is a gentle first step where you can share what brings you here, ask questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

2. Begin a Series of Sessions (minimum 8)
Grief takes time, and meaningful support cannot happen in just one conversation. For this reason, I work with a minimum commitment of 8 sessions to allow enough space for trust, emotional processing, and gentle healing.
This time together gives us the opportunity to understand what you’re carrying and support you in a way that feels safe, steady, and meaningful.
A gentle reminder: There is no right way to grieve, no timeline to follow, and nothing you need to “achieve” here. This space exists to support you, exactly where you are.
